I had a bouquet sent to my boss (and friend) for writing me a thoughtful recommendation. Fleurelity reached out right away when there was an issue with the address to make sure the delivery got to the right person, and sent me a picture of the actual arrangement that went out, which was greatly appreciated. The arrangement itself was gorgeous- modern, classy and fresh, much different from the generic bouquets you get from a national seller. I'm so glad I picked them!
