Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. The delivered arrangement was beautiful and, unlike many other florists I have used in the past, met or exceeded my expectations based on the advertised arrangement. Michaela kept me apprised of a slight delay in delivery and design change due to the snow and ice storm. Needed bouquets sent in Alexandria and wanted to give my money directly to a small business during this weird COVID time instead of a big company. But also wanted the ease of making my selections online, at my convenience since I'm trapped indoors with a toddler and not having lots of knowledge about flowers. After looking online and at a few websites, I decided on a sweet bouquet from Fleurelity. The process was simple and their website had enough pre-made variety for me to pick from. There was also an option to customize selections. Prices seemed comparable to those big flower delivery services delivery dates were plentiful. I loved that they sent me a photo of the arrangements after they were done; Since I ordered 2 of the exact same bouquet (sent to different addresses), they sent me 1 photo of each and they were beautiful. Very similar to what was shown online. I also received an email once delivery was completed. Overall, would highly recommend!
