How do I set up my subscription and what do we need to know?

Our subscriptions allow you to select the frequency for deliveries that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You determine the budget for flowers (starting at $125) and provide the contact information of the recipient for your floral subscription (name, address, phone number). Please note that delivery fee and tax (when applied) will be added. If you have any special dates you'd like to have the flowers delivered to the recipient, please let us know.

How will I receive a new bouquet?

Michaela always selects the most fresh flowers in the color palette and style of her choice. If you have a specific request, please communicate it to Michaela and she will do her best to accommodate you. Our designs are lush with a variety of premium flowers reflecting each season, and when available with locally grown flowers, arranged in a different vessel each time, that will surely bring you joy. If you would like us to reuse your vases, please let us know in advance.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 3-5 days before the delivery schedule you've selected (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

Please call us at 571-331-5136 or send an email to info@fleurelity.com at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders. You can always send your flowers to someone you care about if you cannot accept your flower delivery.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! Please contact us at 571-331-5136 or at info@fleurelity.com to let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at 571-331-5136 or at info@fleurelity,com and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.
