Does Fleurelity have a physical location?
Yes, our home-based studio is located at 2905 Young drive, Oakton, VA 22124. You can pick up your pre-order from this location upon appointment.
Does Fleurelity make same day deliveries?
No, we usually are not able to accommodate same day deliveries. We kindly ask to give us at least a 24-hour notice of your order to secure our availability to fulfill your order and deliver in time. For the same-day delivery please call first to ensure our availability to deliver.
When will my bouquet/arrangement be delivered?
We design in the morning and usually start our deliveries in the early afternoon hours. Although we cannot guarantee specific times for delivery, we can try to accommodate your request for an earlier or later time.
What if I am not home/work, or the recipient is unavailable to receive the arrangement?
We make an effort to contact recipient prior to our delivery to ensure someone is available to accept the arrangements. If the weather is not too cold or too hot, we will find a protected area to leave the arrangement, or arrange with the recipient to leave the flowers with their neighbor or friend.
Is Fleurelity open on weekends and holidays?
Our floral design studio is closed for everyday deliveries on weekends and main holidays. However, with an advance notice, upon agreement, and for prescheduled events like weddings, celebrations, parties and other gatherings we make an exception and deliver or arrange your pick up on Saturday and Sunday. We are always open on Valentine’s Day and Mother's Day weekend.
Will Fleurelity deliver on weekends?
Only for prescheduled events and at a client's special request, agreed in advance with Fleurelity.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver in many NoVa areas, DC and some areas in MD, mainly to Alexandria, Arlington, Chantilly, Clifton, Fairfax, Falls Church, Great Falls, Herndon, McLean, Oakton, Reston, Vienna Chantilly, DC NW and DC downtown, Bethesda).

How much do you charge for delivery?
Our delivery fee starts at $12 for local deliveries. The exact delivery fee is determined by the distance from our floral studio and the time it takes to get your flowers delivered.
Do you offer subscriptions services?
Yes, we do. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly flower deliveries. You can subscribe for for 3 months, 6 months and a full year and continue if you wish so. We take your credit card to guarantee your payment but we charge you when our delivery is confirmed.
You can provide us with important dates you celebrate and wish to have flowers delivered.
The floral subscription starts at $125 plus delivery and sales tax, however, you can choose a higher budget for flowers.
Do you offer flower arranging classes and workshops?
We offer fun-filled creative flower arranging classes in our brand new floral studio for small groups (up to 5 people) OR small and large groups at the comfort of your home or office.
Fee is $150 per person and it includes fresh supplies (flowers and greenery), hard supplies (vase or
other type of vessel), use of tools needed to make and take home 1-2 vase flower arrangements or a wreath. We agree ahead which floral projects you’d like to work on and a color palette. A traveling fee applies if we have to travel to your location.
